Forsyth II, Ronald J. (P3, C1, L12)

forsyth ii ronald josephSergeant Ronald J. “Ronnie” Forsyth, 31, resident of Ryland Heights, was killed in a single vehicle automobile accident on 13 September 2012 while on a training assignment at Camp Grafton Training Center, near Devil’s Lake, North Dakota, where the accident occurred. Forsyth was a member of the 118th Engineer Equipment Supply Platoon based in Walton.  Also killed in same incident was SPC Jason S. Burnette, 23, of Manchester, Clay County. Two other Kentucky Guard members were injured in the accident.  They were treated at the local hospital and released.

Forsyth is buried in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North Section 5, Site 0102 near Williamstown, Grant County.
